Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned by mail within 15 days of day your receive your package.
We will only refund shipping charges if we have sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.
Sorry, there are no returns for Bridal merchandise unless the item sent is defective.

The customer will handle all shipping fees in case of the following return reasons:

• Did not like the color
• Selected the wrong size

The customer will handle all customs fees for any return merchandise:

• Merchandise returned from North America, there will be a fee of $25.
• Merchandise returned from Europe, there will be a fee of $10.
• Merchandise returned from Asia and the Middle-East, there will be a fee of $5.
